Before contacting support
- Make sure you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11.
- Verify that the folder you want to scan contains supported image files.
- Restart PhotoCleaner if a scan was interrupted.
- Remember that cleaned files are moved to the Windows Recycle Bin.
